Tudor Cottage

Dating back to the 17th Century, this pretty, black and white beamed cottage lies in a sleepy riverside hamlet, just 7 miles from Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon. This cosy, comfortable vacation accommodation sleeps 4, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which interconnect. There’s a lovely traditional English pub situated just across the lane and you can even fish in the River Avon from the bottom of the garden!

The Loft-House

Tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by trees and open countryside, yet just 2 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and 4 miles from Warwick Castle, this cosy vacation let enjoys a wonderful and convenient location.  The Loft House sleeps 2 in a double bed, with occasional fold up bed available taking its capacity to 3 persons. There is so much to see and do close to this property that you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Enjoying a stunning setting overlooking open countryside, it’s hard to believe that this luxurious three bedroom barn conversion (sleeps 6 or sleeps 12 if booked in conjunction with adjacent property The Coach House) was once a farm building! Just a 15 minute drive from Shakespeare’s famous Stratford-upon-Avon, and close to many fantastic places to visit, you are assured of a wonderful time and an extra warm welcome from owners Wayne & Sue and the many animals that live on this working farm.

The Coach House

Step into the Coach House and you can feel the character of this wonderfully and sympathetically converted farm building. With three bedrooms, The Coach House accommodates 6 (or 12 if booked in conjunction with adjacent property The Granary) and is a relaxing base from which to explore the many attractions of the surrounding area. Children can interact with the farm’s many pets and animals, making this a great choice for a family holiday. The environmentally friendly farm aims to soon achieve Carbon Neutral status and provides its own energy from a Biomass Install.

Dorset House

Ideal for larger groups, this stunning Georgian town house can accommodate up to 22 people, making it ideal for reunions, family gatherings and wedding parties. The elegantly furnished house is brimming with character, from its wooden panelling through to its windy staircases, nooks and crannies.  Situated in the historic town of Alcester, Dorset House is within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and pubs, with historic attractions including the Alcester Roman Heritage Centre on the doorstep, with the historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick an easy drive away.

Adjacent to, but totally separate from its larger neighbour Alcester House, Alcester House Cottage is a wonderful Wisteria -clad courtyard cottage, which whilst situated in the town of Alcester, enjoys a peaceful and secluded setting. The property can accommodate 4 +1 in 2 comfortable twin-bedded rooms. The property features an open fire and has patio doors festooned with colourful wisteria, opening out onto a peaceful Italian style courtyard which is the perfect place to enjoy a good book or a glass of wine.
